Claire Babbott-Bryan is an ecological anthropologist with experience in watershed conservation and environmental nonprofit programming. She studies interactions between culture and landscape, understood within the context of the climate crisis, social justice, and present-day geopolitics. What interests her most is understanding how large-scale climate solutions are implemented and sustained locally. She is based in Mexico City, where she teaches at Universidad Tecnológica (UTVAM) en Los Héroes Tizayuca and researches water access and quality in Mexico City during her Fulbright fellowship.
